Refund Policy
Effective October 12, 2026
This policy covers Quote Check, our paid quote review, once it launches. Free accounts, the Hire-Right Kit, the quote comparison tool and the newsletter cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
Full refund within 14 days
If you're not satisfied with your review, email hello@stretchnickelsmore.com within 14 days of receiving it, with the email address on your order, and we'll refund the full price. You don't need to give a reason.
If we can't review your quote
If a quote is unreadable, incomplete or outside the services we cover, we'll tell you and refund you in full, automatically.
Late reviews
If we miss the stated turnaround by more than two business days, you can ask for a full refund and still keep the review when it arrives.
Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice or charged incorrectly, contact us and we'll fix it, no matter how long ago it happened.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider. We process approved refunds within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
